The access to food in the area

The room I was in was kinda shitty for the price I paid paint chipping off the walls a few holes in the bathroom walls ! The spa tub was dirty I had to clean it. Tried to tell the front desk but couldn’t get an answer! The staff was not very helpful at all nor were they very polite not rude but not polite.
