Holiday Inn Express Vermilion by IHG

Great place to stay. Friendly staff and very clean. Pet friendly and nice quiet area to walk the dog. Off the road a bit but worth it…cute little town on Lake Erie.

Breakfast was great, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were great.

Front desk lady was the nicest I’ve ever had. The hotel was super clean and in a great area super close to a lot of things

I would have liked a higher toilet since it was handicapped room. My husband would have liked a bigger tv. I loved the sheets and comforter. Shower was good too!!

Property looks new and is in very good condition. Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly with the exception of the young man that was doing the breakfast area the first day (8/19/25) of our three day stay Both coffee machines were labeled as not working, there was no gravy for the biscuits and gravy, the pancake machine was off and there were a couple of other items missing. The young man was just lazy. Fortunately, another lady came in and turned the coffee machines on. The other two days the breakfast area was excellent because someone that cared was taking care of things. Hopefully that young man was fired or found some place else to goof off.

It wasn’t cleaned well, smelled terrible, no sound proofing and guests were very loud. All that and the breakfast was pretty awful. The area was the main plus.

Friendly and clean

Stayed there a few years back and I must say that they have stepped their game up and exceeded my memory of there hotel. Road construction nearby would be the only drawback i can think of however clearly not their fault.
