Chet and Brad are the best front desk concierges. Provided superior customer service and the room was great! All vending machines worked and the ice machine worked,the grounds were well maintained and my only complaint would be no breakfast and the pool was closed.

So Chet the manager there was awesome he helped me help my brother and his wife who needed a place for the weekend with there dogs be safe. I live in Illinois and he gave them a place to stay so none of us would have to worry about them having a roof over there heads. He really is a nice, caring person.

Nothing Really

Rooms are dirty, stained, and appliances broken. AC didn’t work. Front desk staff was very rude upon checkin. Live in neighbor, next room over had a giant not so nice dog…their laundry was also drying outside everywhere. Vehicles torn apart and getting fixed in the lot. Sheets were stained with burn marks, and the shower rods were literally falling out of the wall. Left immediately and never returned.

I have stayed at this property frequently and I would recommend it to anyone coming through looking for a place to stay. Staff is always polite and eager to help with any need you may have. Great property for the value. Great people.

Hole in the door

Reservation for 5, gave me 2 beds, had to pay to upgrade to a suite if you want to call it that! Room was crawling with bugs & the smell of marijuana was so strong made use sick. Room had 2 towels for 5 people, when asked for more was told that 2 is the required amount and refused to give us more until I pushed and told front desk she was going to give me more. Left after 1st night.
