terrible did not stay there,just took the loss went to different place. would not recommend this place

Im used to cheaper hotels for work, but this one may take the cake. There was just one really itchy brown blanket. The sheet had obvious human fluids on them. The ac temperature adjust dial broken. Would not recommend.

Just wow, what a let down We needed a flop for the night and this place seemed nice enough on the Wyndham web site so we thought, what the heck, let's give it a go - Hence the title The building is one of the original yellow/orange La Quintas with the Spanish look. Not a problem if the remodel was done well, this wasn't So we arrive at 8pm - The guy at check in earned the 1* otherwise it would be 0*. This guy was brilliant and it was the high point of our 1 and ONLY night stay We arrive at the room - door wouldn't open apparently they stick- so we got in - and as Scooby Doo would say ROH RO - the first impression was not great The bathroom worked as it should bath and throne did their job. But the tub faucet leaked all night In the main room, a few lamps didn't have bulbs and the TV was already on, which was odd. Bedtime - the mattress must have been furnished by the Marquis se Sade, hard as a rock, so needless to say, sleep was illusive, if at all The next morning - we get up ready for breakfast, nope, Nada, zilch. All youngot was a cup of coffee. So at some point you just cut your losses. We did just that at 7am. A mere 11 hours after check in Motel Hell Indeed

This was the best service I have ever received from a Travelodge! The management honored all of my request! Everything I had asked, they took care of immediately! I was pressed because a gentleman named Chet (I hope I spelled correctly) was very polite and installed a new shower hose...immediately. wow, I have never been treated this good at a Travelosge and will now be coming back this week. My plans were at another hotel, but after this type of congenital treatment, I am changing my plans to stay here again! Also the gentleman who.checked me in was so.polite and helpful. I do not know his name but he had a beard. Again, the people are very nice and the place is safe.

The check in process was rather less than stellar and my room had at least 1 roach in it and my wash cloths were dirty.

Always have a great experience here!always friendly and very clean.highly recommend this place to anyone. The price is good it's actually the best in town and you don't have to worry about anyone bothering you or any of your stuff.i love this place
