No coffee maker in room. Cold water on washbasin didn't work. Only hot water.

The front lobby had a roach crawing on the floor as soon as i walked in. However the guy who helped me was awesome. He deserves to work at a 5 star hotel. So accomidating. So i ket the roach thing go. The room was ok for a 8 hr sleep but the towels in the bathroom had holes on them or almost all the way thru. Then when i was getting my shoes on to keave the next morning a roach crawled rught bu my shoe. Si when i went to check out i finally got a woman to the window after ronging the bell 4 tomes and waiting on her for 10 minutes. Roach motel for sure. But, guy that checked me in was awesome.

no breakfast, basic stay, no extra benefits A room with a bed. I would not stay more than one day.

a basic room for the cost. They will kick you out at 11AM. The door has a timer.

I enjoyed the front desk agent working mid shift. Was informative, freindly while going above and beyond to make my stay a good and comfortable experience.

Quite and clean place to spent a night.

Nothing, high drug traffic area, staff said I didn’t have a reservation until I showed them I did, floors filthy, cock roaches, burn holes in the sheets and curtains, mirror had something going on with it, all around terrible experience and stay.

High drug traffic/homless area, cock roaches, cigarette burn holes all in the sheets and curtains, filthy floor , mirror had something going on with it, can’t explain but like dark spots in several places like maybe something was behind it.. was told by staff when I arrived I didn’t have a reservation until I proved I did, the heat and air in room was not working .. it would come on but would not get warm it was 40* that night and I had my grand daughter with me.. I will never stay here again and would NOT recommend
