This is a nice property. We had a slight hiccup trying to get our room cleaned and get towels and coffee, but we were only here for 3 nights and they had coffee downstairs. I would like to point out that the room we had definitely needs new mattresses on both beds. Holes in the middle and extremely soft.

"Terrible Hotel Experience!!"

Our stay had multiple time where we had power outages, we didn’t have towels for two days into our stay, our toilet started randomly backing up on us one night. I feel there should be a compensation or offer for two nights stay redeemable within a year. We had to go out and buy towel from Walmart and wash them to have proper bathing essentials. We didn’t signup for type of experience at a hotel.

My experience was almost a disaster. The room wasn't ready till after 5pm. The 2nd floor was HOT! My a/c barely cooled the room. Carpet was stained. Bathtub had a big stain. Toilet was loose. Ice machine on 2nd floor was broken. Told the young lady at the desk about it and all she said was "ok". Dang at least a sign could have been placed on it🤷🏿‍♂️. Oh and I couldn't get another room as I had already been alerted that there were no other rooms available as I was checking in. And Fri night the power went out. I have never written a review for any place ever but I feel compelled to because your brand is too well known and pricey for those issues to occur. Power outage aside

Stayed only one night but the door wouldn't properly closed (big issued for me as I was traveling with kids). When notified the receptionist they sent someone to "fix" the problem, but there was no difference.
