"Good base for the City"

Free shuttle but often not available. They really need two.

Expensive parking. Breakfast limited and expensive. Took two days tp get our TV remote reprogramed so we could watch TV.

The location itself because it was close to Beale St.

There was no free parking, we had to pay each day we were there. There also was no microwave in the room

that it was in the circle of a lot of attractions

The hotel charged a $22 parking fee. Its was a Wednesday, not crowded, and far enough way from downtown attractions so parking should be FREE. There was NO HOT WATER so taking a morning shower was a rude awakening. Needs updating!
