"You get what you pay for, but also some amenities were a little pricey."

Overall the room was ok for a three star hotel. Was relatively inexpensive and was refunded my deposit fairly quick.

For our two night stay the cleaning services did not stop by our room and breakfast being $20 per person, per day is kinda expensive. Also when arriving at the room the peephole almost fell off the door and the bathroom door didn't close properly without slamming.

"Friendly clean hotel with own shuttle bus!"

Nice hotel to have a few nights to visit Memphis. Walking distance to the Missisippi River Boat but can feel unsafe when walking about after dark so hotel has shuttle bus that will take you and collect to your attractions - no cost just tip the driver. Swimming pool small. Decor good, clean and room had coffee machine, a nice touch. Friendly staff.
