"It was a pleasent stay and would stay again"

"It was ok."

It was really close to the convention center.

The location relative to downtown is not great. The rooms were ok, not super comfortable. It wasnโ€™t really worth the cost, especially when traveling with my family. I would have preferred to stay somewhere nicer but further from the convention center.

"Downtown Memphis Hotel"

Amber at the bar provided excellent service as we unwound with a glass of wine each night after a long day. Housekeeping staff responded to our requests for extra coffee and left the room looking clean and refreshed every day. The Hotel was convenient to the Convention Center

I didn't realize the hotel shuttle was only for local travel and did not include airport transportation. We traveled by taxi from the airport.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It was great location and the pool and outdoors looked very nice and inviting, It was easy to get on the highway and continue our trip.

We did not know we had to pay for parking also I paid with breakfast included but clerk told e I would have to pay for breakfast extra and I did not find out until check out that breakfast was included when the man that checked us out asked us how breakfast was! I said we did not have any because the person that checked us in said it was extra and he said she did not read the note.Needless to say we needed to get on the road and left without breakfast.

Lovely pool area which was needed on our busy vacation. Staff very friendly and helpful and rang our tour operator to confirm our tour which they totally didnโ€™t have to do.
