The staff was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The shuttle van is very helpful in the downtown area. It makes getting around very easy. Mr. Hollis was our favorite person. He was our favorite person.

There was a lot of strange behaviors occurring in the parking lots. The entire property seemed like a time warp back to 1991.

It smelled like bleach upon entry . They were very nice about us getting a early check in and a late check out Iโ€™m very grateful for that

Crowne plaza hotel just donโ€™t look so outdated I paid $500 for two night and still had to pay for breakfast is insane could have went to a different hotel and got complimentary breakfast. The bath tub was terrible I didnโ€™t even want my feet to touch it
