"Best Hotel in Beaumont, TX"

Ms Sam is amazing! I have been a loyal customer to this specific hotel location for over 14 years because of her specifically! I could choose many different places for work or pleasure, but I stay here 7 or 8 days a month, every month for over 14 years because of how she treats me and my family. She makes me feel like it’s a home away from home. I have come to care for as part of my extended family. I will always choose her and her hotel!

My refrigerator was horrible and rusted inside there was stuff stuck in the top section of the refrigerator… My room smelled of mold or dampness…. Took pictures of the refrigerator to show when I checked out the person checked she indicated that she would give me a credit or points however, none of this has happened.
