Hampton Inn Beaumont

Great check in and check out. The overnight front desk clerk was really beautiful.

The bath tub had a huge chunk out of the bottom. It looked dangerous to use, so we did not shower during that stay. The facility is very convenient for our travel between TX and FL. But this time was a very bad impression.

The facility has gone down since our last visit. For a Hilton, this was not what we expected.

I have stayed there before. It was ok.

The bed was not very comfortable and in the restroom not enough towels and water was leaking in the tub.

We can usually count on Hampton Inns being clean and although never luxurious, nice enough for a short stay. This Hampton Inn by Hilton in Beaumont, Tx is horrific. It is falling apart. Entrance outside is dirty, the lobby is messy especially behind the reception desk. The carpet is also smelly and dirty in the lobby. There is black mold in the ceiling of the hallways and the entire hotel is humid. My daughters were initially put in a room that had wet carpet and smelled as though there had been a water leak that had not been taken care off. There is a hole punched in the wall near the 5th floor elevator. We have to stay here two night and we are worried about our respiratory health. This hotel is in dire need of a remodel asap. There is no water pressure in our sink either. And, the oddly scheduled A/C kept us up. The only positive thing was the incredible front desk lady on the late evening of June 20th (around 11pm) who immediately changed our daughters’ room and said that we were not the first people who had complained about their room that evening.
