Proximity to Intetstate

There was a problem with the air conditioning in the Lobby/ first floor/eating area. It was hot and humid the entire stay with fans running 24/7.

Being pet friendly has its downside. Our room had a definite pet urine odor. The elevator door was missing the usual rubber bumper. As a result, the door closed very loudly, which caused us to have to move from our original room (king bed) to a double queen room further from the elevator. We'll not be staying there again.

Always a pleasant stay.

Paid almost $200 only for our TV not to work. They couldn’t fix it. The hallway smelled like raw sewage in the AM. There was a very faint smell of smithing off that night but it was on full blast that AM. It’s smells awful. The elevators are dirty with dirt all around the outside of the elevator walls. The bathroom doors are hard to close so it’s loud when you finally do get it closed. The staff was nice but the owner doesn’t care about customer service or the fact that the hotel isn’t providing the amenities that it said it would. For $60 a night, this would have been decent. But for almost $200, not worth it. Keep driving and find something better as this place isn’t worth what they are charging.

Absolutely wonderful! Exceeded expectation! I appreciated the personal touch (welcome message on the TV screen) and flexibility and attentiveness of the staff. Would absolutely stay here again!
