The room wasn’t properly vacuumed.

Nice place

Coffee was available but never hot and no microwave to heat it up in the main areas. Filtered water is available in gym. Sprayed febreze in my room at my request.

Nice place but a higher price than area justifies

I recently stayed 3 nights while visiting local family. The hot water in my room was tepid at best for 2 nights and this morning it was so cold I couldn’t take a shower or wash my hair and shave. I reported this to the front desk. When checking out, the employee attempted to charge me a full nightly rate, at said he couldn’t change the nightly rate and his manager/owner was not on site and couldn’t be reached by phone. I asked for the owner to phone me and NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD until we discussed an appropriate discount. While waiting at an airport this evening that the owner processed my credit card anyway and without my permission and arrived at a $40 discount on his own and without any conversation with me as I requested.He doesn’t do customer service? I wasn’t going to say anything, but now, I will: I was given a 2nd floor room whose only window faced a parking lot light that was shorted. At night, my room flashed like a cheap room next to outside commercial lights. The breakfast had rubber eggs and bacon that tasted rancid. Disgusting. Lastly, the morning person that checked me out looked terrible! Long, dirty hair in his unshaven face. He was obese and had a stain covered shirt. He should not have met the public. What’s going on here? An over-priced dive.
