The breakfast was mid level, not pre packaged only but definitely not what we are use to when we travel and we travel alot. The room was large, and the fridge was as well. We were able to walk to McDonalds if needed as well as Dollar Tree. The staff were all super nice, helpful and did a great job from front desk to housekeeping! They def deserve raises! It was pretty quiet, when inside room couldn't hear alot of noise from other rooms. In the hall you could only hear in passing. Had lots of fresh coffee and vanilla creamer which was a pleasant surprise! They also had a wall of suggestions for places to eat as well as map of surrounding areas with locations. It was helpful.

*Kitchen was not kid friendly, as the handles on the cabinets protrude and scratched up my kid. *The bathroom was so so. I had to go looking for towels rather than getting them daily. *Having to go outside to the other building for literally everything, ice, coffee, breakfast, pool (if it had been open), exercise room, etc. was not ideal and very cold. *The pool was not open which is something I did not learn until after pre paying/booking or I would have told my kids Coach, sorry we're staying elsewhere. We were traveling for soccer tournament with one game a day! We were looking forward to pool. And the pool, half size of most pools at hotels. *I didn't pay $400+/- for lodging to not have something for my kids to do, as the hotel or motel as my kid said, was located in business area or commercial. *The breakfast area had 4-two tops and 2- 4 tops inside a regular size bedroom size room with the food line stuffed in the "room size" as well. It was small and uncomfortable and unrealistic with 2 buildings worth of people. We had no where to sit and had to make 2+ trips back outside and to the room to carry food for everyone and juice/coffee. *Parking was alittle...crazy. Someone had parked there, i can only assume, broken down car in 2 prime spots (because they of course couldnt park straight and took up two spots). And I know hotel and can't help that ppl can't park but it was a tight squeeze into the spots with dumb@ss ppl. *No coin machine for laundry so have to bug front desk because who carries around $10 in quarters to wash their kids soccer uniform in between games (muddy fields, yay!)

Highly recommend this place. The parking lot was adequate and secure. The checkin process was easy and wuick. The room was so comfy and clean. There were no odors, all necessities were provided. It was very spacious. The water pressure was great. The heating and ac worked properly. Beds were clean and very comfortable. We used the laundry facility and had no issues. Breakfast was very good. A wide selection to choose from and everything was set up easily to obtain. The housekeeping was spot on. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. This was definitely a good place to stay and will stay again when in the area.

Was in town for a cheer Competition. Stayed here because the reviews were good. I got to the Hotel late after the competition sat down and ate dinner as I was eating we notice several roaches. Went to the desk and talked to a really nice Girl who got us moved to a new room. The customer service was fantastic. The Room cost me $250.00 and did not expect to see bugs. Probably will not stay here again.

Bed frame broken, sofa sleeper had a piece of completely moldy foam versus a mattress, toilet paper holders wouldnt stay in holder. Parking very limited

It was nice. The front desk staff were very nice.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was very dated. The furniture in the bedrooms was old and a piece was even broken. The bathroom was really small and dated. Our room was located on the first floor and there was a stench of garbage in the hallway, which did seep into our suite. Luckily we were busy most of the day and only really came back to change and to sleep, so I didn’t have time to complain. Overall do not recommend.
