Great place to stay close to everything

It was pretty run down. And it smelled pretty bad. We paid more than the average rate bc of a youth sports tourney - after chatting with other families we should have stayed at nearby similar hotels.

The building is quite run down. The door to the second building where we stayed hardly ever closes to lock, so not a very secure building, especially when you see such sketchy people in the parking lot at night. There are ceiling tiles missing in the hallways. You open the door into your room and the awful smell just hits you, YUCK! They still have the old ac/heaters that are under the windows, I think the musty, moldy smell is coming from that. Maybe a filter that has NEVER been cleaned or changed? Just gross 🤢 !!! The couch is sooo worn out, that the seat cushion are curved to big butts from sitting, it’s torn with the stuffing coming out and it’s like sitting on a brick. The couch pillows are flat as a pancake. The side bed lights look like they’re falling off the wall. The shower floods the bathroom floor, no matter what I’ve tried to do. The sheets are itchy, mattress not the most comfortable, you have a dip in center and the bed pillows are the worst flat pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. I travel a ton for work, with extended stays and this is the worst I’ve stayed in. Really disappointed in Marriott. After now reading reviews here, it looks like it’s been like this for years and obviously Marriott doesn’t care either. So sad, I remember when the name Marriott had a great reputation.

The check in man was great. Everything is clean. Love it.

All was ok, except the housekeeping staff. I always recognize housekeeping staff work and I appreciate their good work. But really, this time was a pain. Knocking 5 times to the door between 8 am and 11 am seems too much to me. One male worker even used his key to enter the room without knocking, then apologized. Another worker knocked while I was in the shower and tried to enter (I used the lock that time). If it's a strategy from management to ensure hosts check out before 12 pm, please change it. At least, I learned that I should always post the "Do not disturb" tag on my hotel room door

Very quiet. Comfortable. Easy parking and access to the street

Leaking toilet, grates in heater were partially destroyed, shabby walls, dirty dishes.

The room was comfortable and spacious. All the employees I interacted with were cheery and helpful. One brought coffee to our table without being asked! The staff cant help it but the location is not the nicest so I am rating this lower than the hotel itself should be rated.

Halls smelled like old food entrance to building 2 and hall 3. Room was right off street so NOISY. Breakfast was ok. Not really a buffet few choices to get from. No hand soap in bathroom.
