I arrived very late at night and was greeted by Angela A. She offered me a bottle of water and a cupcake which really calmed me down after a long and stressful commute. She was very informative and share with me some local shopping and dining options that I could visit during my stay. The rooms were nice and the experience there was awesome overall. Thanks for such a great experience.

staff was very friendly room a nice size

the air conditioner was old and not clean, you could smell the musty/ mold. I was concerned i would get sick, and I did!!

This is a very nice hotel with very kind receptionists. Room is comfortable and clean. Small outdoor pool is by the parking. Parking is free. Wifi is very fast. This was my second stay at this hotel. Definitely will stay again. I could hear some noise from the street...

My husband and would give this hotel a 3 rating. It sits next to a busy hi-way and we heard traffic all night. We were also disappointed in their breakfast selection. We didn't even eat there because everything was packaged and processed. Our room didn't have a blow dryer so we had to call the front desk to get one. We will say though that everyone we came in contact to at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff were very professional/helpful. Fresh brownies and cookies were set out in the front for free. The second day there were free pops in a cooler. We had a 2-bedroom suite. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door did not shut all the way, but you could not see into the bathroom. We rarely heard any neighbors. There were restaurants about 5 minutes down the road. Indianapolis zoo, children's museum were about 14 minutes away.

The buildings were older on the inside and outside. The outdoor pool had a lot of things floating around. My 12 year old did not want to swim. The breakfast was not great, but edible. The breakfast sandwiches were served heated in plastic packaging. There were premade waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, etc. I prefer hot meat, eggs, biscuits with gravy, etc. The second morning we opted for IHOP instead.

Nonexistent room service, and some appliances and other things around the room didn’t work very well. Plus some parts of the room were a little sticky. But overall, it’s okay for what you are paying

Room smelt musty. Bathroom outer door wouldn't shut. Inner door was broken. Bigger room's chest of drawers had top drawer hanging off. Smaller room's closet door wouldn't closet properly. Not worth the money I spent to stay 2 nights. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. "Kitchen" lady was a very hard worker and super sweet. Front desk girls were happy and very nice. My girls enjoyed the pool.

Lobby had a strong smell of pet (urine May be) floor and countertop in the bathroom were sticky, did not feel clean
