This property was very clean. Staff was very friendly also.

The room was very clean, but what I loved the most was the super comfortable bed! I slept like a new born baby

I had a late check in at around midnight. At most hotels, when you check in that late, you receive lackluster service at best. NOT here!! Angela and Tiffany not only greeted me with a smile, but with a literal “happy dance.” They thanked me for my brand loyalty, which is uncommon nowadays, and gave me a few welcome gifts. Including Evian water. These two ladies were so welcoming and kind, it really brightened my night. The room is clean and comfy. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this hotel. Just for context, I travel 150+ nights a year.

The hotel layout is the typical original Townplace suite design. The staff are friendly and great. A nice touch is that this hotel offers cupcakes upon check-in. My criticism of the property is that the hallway had a musty odor (building 2) and the room had an even more obnoxious odor that smelled like pet urine. The property desperately needs a renovation as it appears tired and worn. The rates at this hotel are typically lower than other Marriott properties in Indianapolis but sometimes you get what you pay for. Not sure we would stay here again until the hotel is updated. Location is decent as the hotel is convenient to I-465 and I-65. There is a Starbucks down the street and Eagle Creek park is a great place for walking, hiking and running.
