Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. We liked the room setup with couch and TV facing away from the bed. Made it feel more like a studio apartment than hotel room. Kitchen and small table would be great for long-term stays. Very pet friendly. Breakfast was as expected for mid-range hotel. Entryways could use a good deep cleaning/touch up but it didnt impact our stay/experience. If you are sensitive to traffic noise, then I recommend ask for a room in Building A. If you are in Building B, ask for an even number room. Odd number rooms in Building B are adjacent to a very busy roadway which could make sleep difficult. Overall we were pleased with our short stay here.

Hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly. Good location for short travel around Indianapolis area.

The front desk staff and management are not accommodating. They didn’t want to add my bonvoy number to my reservation. They didn’t want to assist me and my family with the desired room request. They kept coming up with different stories as of why they couldn’t provide the request. They make it hard for a guest to enjoy their stay. They do not provide Marriott expected customer service nor do they meet the Marriott mission/vision. They lost revenue due to their poor customer service.

The smell in the room and hall way are terrible.

Rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating to all of our needs.

I stayed for 14 days and had a very nice stay. The staff and property were great.

The location was perfect for us since our destination was just a mile up the road. the breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.

The mattress in our room was extremely soft. Not too much of a bother for me since I like a soft mattress but even I have to admit it was too soft. My husband couldn’t sleep on it at all so he tried the pull out but just ended up on the sofa. Not the most restful night for him. Also the tub has some splashes of “something” in it that I had to wipe out before using the shower.
