Birch Hill Suites Extended Stay - Blue Ash

Disgusting

Room had a sofa bed but no provided sheets or blanket for the bed making it useless. Took 40 minutes to check-in as my room was not yet cleaned, two hours after check-in was allowed.

The hotel was actually overbooked and there was a possibility they might not have a room for us, but it worked out in the end. The current owners are new to the property and have yet to get everything up to standard. The entry halls were in need of carpet cleaning, but the room was perfect. Not sure if it was intentional, but no soap or shampoo for the bathroom, Although there was a full kitchen, no utensils were provided. Since it was just an an overnight stay, it did not matter.

This property is used for wkly rentals, if not monthly. Amenities were non existence. Did not even have soap in bathroom to wash hands. As far as i am concerned it should be removed from this site

This Extended Stay Hotel need to be demolished and rebuilt. No phones in rooms, carpet throughout the hotel was filthy, elevator smelled like Urine, the rooms have no pots and pans, old food in the stove when we checked in. The thicker lady at the front desk has an attitude informed me that I need to turn in my first set of door key cause she was running low on them. I remember when this property was TownPlace suites it was nice then. This property shouldn’t be in Hotels.com cause it’s a dump.

I never got to stay. The oven door was broken and falling off. The couch was extremely soiled. They said they would just cancel the reservations but I am having a hard time getting my money back from them

I liked the area it was in. It's close to a lot of things. What I didn't like was that the treadmill in the gym was broken, the only weights were 35 or 45 lbs. I was not told about the complimentary breakfast not did I see a pool. Therefore I didn't get to use any amenities. The room was clean and large but to get to our room, you had to take an elevator. In that hall, it smelled deeply of cigarette smoke. Interesting since it's supposedly a smoke free facility. I probably won't be staying there next time, I will stay at a actual hotel for 2 nights instead of an extended stay hotel. Plus when we checked in, the check in person was continuously coughing, said she was hot and didn't have a mask. She shouldn't have been allowed to work. There was another lady there so...

The rooms were very spacious. The 1st room they tried to put me in stunk of smoke something awful. They moved us into a room that the sleeper sofa was broken and disgustingly dirty which left a person in my party without a place to sleep. So after all of this we checked out two days early, still hoping I get refunded as the manager said I would.
