Birch Hill Suites Extended Stay - Blue Ash

I wasn’t able to get the room that I paid for on your site. The hotel front closed at 10pm. I’m asking for a full refund. Thank you Germane W. Lindsey,sr

This hotel was very unclean, carpet wasn’t vacuumed and had stains, the curtains where ripped to shreds, the room was a non smoking room but had bags over the fire detector and smelled like marijuana. The air vents had built up dust and dirt on them. The phones in the room didn’t work, it was just an overall horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to EVER stay there. And they have staff members that are very rude, we complained asked for a manager, the manager only works m-f not on the weekends. And if you have a problem no one has the managers number to call, we asked for an email address or a GMs info to give a call to or get in touch with but the front desk didn’t have any information and really just didn’t care.

Room was rendered unusable. Better off camping. No dishes in kitchen so you coukdnt use the stice to cook or anything., no hangers in closet, no soap anywhere. Literally only provided a roof over your head. Women at front desk wS very rude. Entire hotel was filthy and very damaged. Dont stay here unless yoh pack your entire house up to bring with you. Horrible

This place is so disappointing. The carpets were sticky, like I can’t take my shoes off to walk around the room. There’s no phone in the room to call the front desk if you need anything. The toilet was constantly running and there’s no shower curtain in the bathroom. What kind of hotel doesn’t have a shower curtain??? The queen bed only had 2 pillows that’s flat as a pancake. The tv doesn’t have a remote and I can’t call the front desk about it because there’s no phone. No toiletries as well. Will never come back.

I asked for a refund after I saw the stained pillowcases on the bed. The Manager asked me if I wanted to hang the shower curtain...smh. The couch needed to be removed; the seat cushion covers were shredded. There wasn't any soap in the bathroom, or paper towels in the full kitchen. I was in the room for less than 5 minutes, and my hair smelled from cigarette smoke. The front desk person was awesome, and very apologetic.

No breakfast when it’s advertised as such. Filthy property with shady people hanging around. No utensils or soap or shampoo provided. Not sure how it’s called an extended stay

I’m upset with Hotels.com I book through this app with the exception that all the hotels will meet a certain standard. This room wasn’t the best. I had to buy bleach and clean my bathroom and shower curtain. I also washed the sheets and towels. All the vents were covered in dirt and dust. The floors were beyond dirty.

The hallways smelled like piss and trash smh I got what I paid for

This hotel is under new management. We stayed here several times in the past and were pleased—it has decent space for a family of four and was within our budget. Well all that is over! The place is dirty and poorly maintained. 2 of the 3 main windows were missing blackout curtains. The sole phone was missing the cord to the handset. Security bolt broken. No desk chair. No kitchen items at all. BR1 door falling off hinges and couldn’t be closed. BR1 carpet is wet. Guest computer station in the lobby was broken. Smell of smoke lingered in the room for our entire stay; we are not smokers so where did it come from? A/C is very noisy and set far too cold. I tried to change the temperature from 65 degrees F and couldn’t because it required a user code. Lacking routine items I have found everywhere in hotels and motels, no matter how cheap: no soap, no tissues, no hangers.
