We used to stay here every month when we visit family. The staff used to be so nice and accommodating. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant. But we changed the dates of the stay from 2 days to one day because something came up. Booking.com always guaranteed we could do this before the day of the stay. But the young woman that was front desk manager denied our request and charged us 2 nights stay instead of one. She was very rude to me. I had to get Booking.com to intervene and I still had to dispute the charges to my credit card company. Not sure what her problem is but she lost alot of business from us. We will never stay there again.

In our room, the fridge worked the first day, then would not cool or work after that. (could not make ice either). There were ants inside the fridge and on the counters, too. I bought ant traps, which seemed to help. To be fair, I was working long hours and was unable to reach the front desk when I did return, so did not report the problem until check out. Front desk made a note and said they would take care of it for the next guest. I return to this hotel this upcoming weekend, and had requested a different room.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this was. Only stayed one night, but this would be a great place to stay if you were going to be thrre for a while. A working kitchen and nicely arranged room.

Eazy to get to, GPS friendly, elevator, clean, compfy bed, kitchenette was awesome!! Only complaint is lack of luggage carts.

They really need to wash the bed comforters they were all stained and I think they had mice
