Good place to stay

I liked the kitchen

The property exceeded my met my expectations. I liked the utensils because I brought my own food and it made me easy to eat comfortably

Close to airport and lots of food close.

Rooms were fairly dirty, it seemed like the only thing that was done before check in was maybe a vacuum and clean sheets. Front desk guy was not very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable though

Main issue is the shower drain in room 314 was clogged , no breakfast which i new beforehand. It wasnt worth the price of 300$ a night. It was a cheap motel experience.

The price and convenient location

The room was filthy dirty. Holes in walls. Curtains had stains all over them. There was a contact lens on the bathroom sink. So that tells me it was never cleaned before we arrived. The door wouldn't lock. Had to prop a chair against it at night. Night front desk clerk very rude. Limited you on the amount of towels you could use and the room and blankets smelled very musky.

The room was clean but an unpleasant odor lingered in the room, I couldn’t tell if it was the soap or something the maids used for cleaning but they should use more odor neutral cleaning products. Also the soaps in the bathroom were equally malodorous and left me with dry skin I recommend bringing your own soap if utilizing this hotel. Everything else was fine the room was clean the staff was friendly, and the coffee was good .

This is our second year staying here. Plenty of room, staff available 24/7, quiet, generally clean. Multiple dog areas outside so that you can keep dogs at a distance if needed. Extremely accommodating for service dogs as well. Coffee and gift shop available 24/7 as well. The full size fridge, dishwasher, toaster, oven/stove, microwave, dishes are all available.

When we first got there we didnt notice any issues. We ran to the store, came back, and realized ALL dishes and utensils were completely dirty. The oven was zip tied shut, there was toast left in the toaster, and the drawer on the dishwasher was broken, and there was no microwave. Then after we did dinner, we went to shower and realized there was no shower curtain. So we had to walk over and get one from the desk, we also had to get the bedding for the sofa bed from them. Next morning we went to use the bigger burner on the stove and discovered it wasnt working and only 1 of the 4 burners worked. The manager wasnt in until the day we checked out.
