Location

The room we stayed in had a couple issues, such as a blood stain on the underside of our main sheet and a used contact lens our bed. Also, the air-con/heater was terrible. We abandoned our 2 night stay after the first night.

The location is great, the size of the room was amazing and had everything we needed. When staff did arrive they were friendly

I had already contacted the hotel that I would be arriving early (still within in their reception hours) but when we arrived no one was at the front desk. I called and was told that they were at another property and would be 10 minutes away, was closer to 20 minutes. The tv in the apartment did not work, we bought new batteries for the remote ourselves but it still did not work. The toilet was leaking and you could hear it constantly and would splash water at you when using

The location was the best part

There were times when they were doors that were supposed to be closed they were left wide open at random times of the day. Some leading directly to outside of the building
