The location

The whole apartment was dirty. Dirty walls, doors, bathrooms. Urine on the toilet walls. The fan was so full of dust it looked like mould. There was a dirty ring around the bath, soap scum in the jets. I have never stayed in such dirty accommodation before.

An old, unclean property that had a 'damp' smell. There was water leaking into the carpet in one room.

Location was very convenient

The room was missing towels. Only discovered this early in the morning when I needed to get ready for work. The reception didnt open until 9am and therefore I was extremely late for work. I waited in reception until 9iam and when I mentioned it the staff member was completely unapologetic and handed me the towels. It sounds very trivial but made me very late for work and no recognition of fault.

There were holes in the walls, dishes were dirty and when pluging in phone in bedroom behind bedside table was dirty
