Location is great, very clean

not a fan of the $1000 secruity deposit. got it back ASAP, but still alot of money to be handing over for one night

We liked the location. We liked that the apartment was roomy for four people.

We were grateful for Lilian at the corporate office, as we had to call that number in order to get any service at the front desk. She contacted the reception attendant on duty, who was off delivering items to other apartments while we waited at reception for around 20 minutes, unsure of what was happening. This was particularly frustrating as I had spoken to the attendant the day prior to confirm that we could arrive by 4pm. Upon arrival, we were met with a sign at reception stating “Friday – Closes at 1pm,” which caused immediate concern. After travelling all the way from Far North Queensland, seeing an unattended reception desk despite having confirmed our arrival time was stressful. When the attendant eventually arrived, he was very casual, offered no real apology, and checked us in. He took a copy of my driver’s licence and later left it on the photocopier without my knowledge. He then asked us to wait again while he went to inspect our apartment before allowing us access, which added to the confusion. Eventually, we were given only one set of keys, despite being two couples staying together and planning separate activities over the three days. This was very inconvenient. Unfortunately, this was not the end of our concerns. There were additional issues with cleanliness, broken and missing items, and the spa tub did not work either. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Our flight landed later than we expected and after notifying the hotel they assured us this wouldn't be a problem and gave me all the details needed for an after hours check in including a lock box code to access the key. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. The bathroom and kitchen included all the essentials needed for a one night stay.

Cheap and in a good location

No one was at reception when we went to check in and the lady seemed annoyed as it’s no longer a time they have stuff on at 2pm

Get what you paid for. Wouldn't rush to stay there again

Everything. Bathroom needed a good scrub, hot water needs attention, broken glasses in the kichen
