Hotel New Saphir Yogyakarta

4 stars hotel but feels like not a 4 stars hotel. Bad service felt directly when I arrived at lobby. No security or staff help us to bring our luggage. Receptionist named Anjas was unable to respond well when I gave a feedback for improvement. Safety box was not ready to be used, their staff had to change the battery and other stuff. Room cleanliness was bad, I found used medicine on the floor. Overall experience was bad and will never come back again to stay there.

I was check in 2.30 pm, because my room not ready yet, but for check out i have to check out 12.00 Am. I found dirty socks in the cupboard from previous guests.

bathroom was very smelly

Second stay, Cek in room 103, room humid, ac trouble then found worm in the shower room so disgusting. No apology from the staff and asking me to take the new room key to front desk insted of deliver the new room key very uncomfortable. Food is ok, staff in swimming pool is friendly

THIEF!!! The valet parking staff swapped the full load E-Money card balance Rp650.000, with E-Money card balance Rp.4.500. . I put the card in the dashboard pocket, and didnt realize until we use it at the Toll gate with balance Rp4.500 only. . The toll officer helped us the verify the history of the card. (We stay in the hotel 25-27 Dec, and only valet once in 26 night due to no lot available). . History from the swapped card : last card used was in 21 Dec 2019, while our stolen card last used is 25 Dec 2019 (arrival to hotel) . It is clearly the card was swapped in the night of 26.

The hotel is rebuilt next to Lippo Mall. The room comes with great design and spacious and cozy. Breakfast offer a lot of options and has a traditional food like gudeg which is so awesome. Would love to come back again.

スポーツのイベントでGOA among garaに通うために四連泊しました。 格式的には四つ星ホテル並ですが、施設の古さによる暗さはどうしてもあります。水捌けの悪さは東南アジアでは仕方ないでしょう。しかし下水道の臭いは気になりませんでした。 朝食はインドネシア料理の種類が結構ありますが、パンとコーヒーだけで良いならパンはホテル内で売っています。 スタッフが最高でした！ とても感じが良く、接客が素晴らしいです。 タクシーを呼ぶときにgrabの登録の仕方を教えていただいたのですが、これが滞在期間中一番役に立ちました。（東南アジアに旅慣れている方はgrabは常識かもしれませんが） ランドリーサービスも利用しました。日本に比べるととても安いので助かります。ただし柔軟剤でしょうか、香りが強く、インドネシア人の匂いはこの柔軟剤だったのか！と思いました。 アメニティはシャンプーはありましたがコンディショナーやトリートメントが無いのに注意。 全体的に満足出来ました。
