Lokasi hotel yang sangat strategis, samping Lippomall. Ruang kamar luas dan nyaman. Sarapan lumayan dan cukup puas.

Located right on the edge of a super crowded highway without a barrier or fence that covers the view from the highway to the entire face of this hotel, beside the hotel there’s Siloam hospital and lippo mall so you can imagine that is quite hustle bustling crowd. The dining area is quite extensive, and the menu is complete. Outside the mandatory menus such as buffets or bread, there are also warm, omelette, and meat soup, as well as various salad concoctions. In general, all the menus that I tried tasted good. Especially fried rice, delicious and satisfying anyway. Anyway there are no complaints about the case of fine dining. The staff is friendly and accommodating room is spacious, amenities complete and you can ask for anything which is not provide in room, the have outdated central air con also the downside is the carpet in room quite damp for someone like me who have sensitive nose and allergies with no windows open I’m quite annoyed with the carpet and old fixture that they still have, they also need to upgraded the room as is need renovation and new ambiance. Also in concierge with 4star rated no refresh towel or welcome drink is serve, the have 2 merchandise store and also internal travel agent in hotel For people who like to feel the old hotel this hotel is truly one of heritage that existed in city that adjusted with people needs,

Pros: Large pool. Room interior has renewed. Cons: The lobby smells old. When i told the receptionist, he said he smells nothing.. They should cover it with "serai" or other perfumes, but they didn't. Room and pool towels and room pillows need to be replaced.

古いホテルであったが、室内はきちんと清掃され、整備されておりました。しかし、バスルームについて、改善が必要と思います。シャワーの温度設定がうまくできず、温度が大きく変わって、水に近いくらい温度が下がりました。

Room was good, pool great my sons was happy. But, when me and family arrived and checked in all reception looks busy but there is 3 guest include us, I waiting few minutes until staff acknowledge me and I ask to check in. We stay for 2 nites, in second day in morning someone come knock on the door when I go to open the door someone that I believe staff housekeeping come in before I open the door and then he ask me what time will check out, it just around 9:30am and for me this is not polite since he come in with other key.

I dont get a 4 star hotel services. Dirty bathroom, room wasn’t ready when i checked in at 2p.m, and when they said the room is ready the room is still dirty and tower are not ready, non smoking room but i smell smokes everywhere, bad food.

We booked deluxe room, with bathtub. The room is nice and very spacious, but there are SO MANY cockroaches!! From tiny to mediun size. Bathroom is old but again, spacious. Bathtub kinda small, combined with shower. Very limited power socket, you need to take turn to use them, or you can unplug the lamps to use the socket. Breakfast ia average, we spend 3 nights, no variation on the food. Need improvement in housekeeping, they didnt clean the hair in tub, didnt add toilet paper, i think they accidentally drop my foundation bottle (there are stains in the lid and the cap cracked abit). We left our room for breakfast and return with the room already tidied. They did it very quickly and not so clean. We requested so many things from housekeeping and they didnt fulfill it sometimes.

We stayed during chistmas, it's very close with lippo mall, just need some steps walking. The room is quite big, clean and confortable. So many variety of foods for breakfast with some foods are traditional foods such as gudeg and pecel. The location is actually in between airport and city center, make it an easy step to explore city

A couple years ago, stayed here for 1 night. Didn't have time to experience the hotel wisely. This December, went to Yogya with my kids and wife so I booked a Family Room straight to the hotel. The reservation is taken precisely as I want it. And when I arrived at the hotel, checks in reaaaal quick although there's another group checking in at the same time. The hotel resides near a mall which includes a cinema, supermarket chain and a hospital. The Room (Family Room) We have a brightly lit room, slick furniture and clean bedding (although one of the bed is real hard not soft... ). In family room, we got 1 queen size bed and 2 single bed. There's safe deposit box, a full bathroom amenities for 4 person and modern TV (minimum channel selection). All in all, my kids loves the room. The Food There's a lounge with decent drinks selection. The room service is quite tasty especially for kids menu. Breakfast is somehow a tricky one to rate... why? because the restaurant area is always crowded by groups. But there's a plus side, the waiter is always ready to help us (thumbs up). Other facilities 1. Swimming pool (nice one) 2. Very small gym (only essential workout units ^^) 3. Efficient laundry. Simple notes: 1. In non no-smoking floor, sometimes there's a sudden bursts of cigarettes odor coming through the AC, I've asked for a room in non-smoking floor but the hotel is fullbooked. 2. The hot shower sometimes didn't work... maybe its because the hotel is full. 3. Be wise in selecting your breakfast time since the hotel is crowded with groups while the restaurant area is not that big. 4. Still on breakfasting, don't hesitate to ask for the waiter to fill in the food selection.

I hope the title of this review explain everything, Other things was : Check in/ check out process was so slow, Key Card machine was broken, so I have to wait (again) for a bellboy to accompany me go to my room so he could open my room door. Disappointing.
