Hotel New Saphir Yogyakarta

The rooms need improvement and upgrade to the comfortable condition.

Stayed while attending conference at nearby university- older hotel in parts but clean and well serviced for rate. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Room had all base requirements- wifi throughout although drops out frequently when hotel busy. Tasty and varied breakfast options included in room rate for many rooms

every time I go home to solo, I and my family must take the time to spend at least one night enjoying the beauty of the city of Yogyakarta. somehow the city always gives a sense of comfort. this time we stayed at New Saphir ♥ the atmosphere was luxurious in the middle of Jogja city and the staff was very friendly. but what I like most is the amazing breakfast menu ♥️ all of the world

I have some event in here. And i have service from Mr. Sabda and am satisfied. Because he helped me move things. But in the toilet so dirty. Doing be execellent service by Mr. Sabda (baquet) I wanna visit again. Thank you

The check in process in this hotel is not good. I was arrived at the hotel at 1:30 PM but i got the room available at 4:00 PM. The hotel staff just said to wait. This is the old hotel that is still being renovated.

The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel is a ~20 minute taxi drive to Jalan Malioboro and the staff were always willing to help book rides. We have a 1 year old and the crib provided was comfortable and of very high quality. Restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced.

Strengths: strategic location, nice interior for the room, good food, friendly also helpful staff, good facilities. Weaknesses: poor/unstable WiFi connection, no small/face towels, limited TV channels.

This is not the new hotel in Yogyakarta, but i really enjoy to stay in this hotel. For me, the location is very strategic because it near to the Lippo Plaza and its not far from the airport. I love the big and quiet room also the fast and strong wifi at 5th floors. The food also good too. I think i will be back to stay at this hotel if i come to jogja again

Yogyakarta always crowded on holidays, especially on Eid Mubarak holiday this year which was quite a long holiday. There are plenty hotels to choose to stay, but my preferences are price, location, and easy access to my mother in law's house as we had to celebrate Eid Mubarak with the whole family. Several times we visited Yogyakarta and had stayed in different hotels for comparison. This time we tried our luck staying in this New Saphir Hotel. This is not a new hotel, so one advantage it had spacious room. Compare to new hotels which usually come with minimalist room and less spacious. We booked 2 deluxe rooms with interconnection doors which very suitable for us and we got rooms in same floor with lobby, restaurant and pool, so it was very convenience for our mother. At first we guessed the room in lower level would be noisy, but it didn't. What a pleasant stay! The breakfast menu was okay and as we stayed over the Eid Mubarak days, we got complimentary dinner, buffet of traditional Eid Mubarak dishes : ketupat, opor and all stuffs. Really enjoyed our stay here.

공항에서 멀지 않고 깨끗하고 친절한 호텔이었습니다. 단 중심가인 말리오보로 거리까지는 버스로 가야하는 것이 좀 아쉽네요..
