The staff was very friendly and welcoming how ever the rooms need some special attention the room was not cleaned well I had no face towels it smell like something was burning the entire time and when I was packing to leave I noticed how dirty and unkempt the mattress was if I would've noticed before I wouldn't have stayed and the walls in the rest room were very dirty there was even some writing on the walls probably wont be staying again its a shame though because its rare that you find as friendly of a staff 5 stars definitely for the hospitality

USPlace is very dirty. We had to go to the front desk 3 times as the key to door did not work. Staff did not apologized until I mentioned I was going to write a review. I will not stay again at this place.
It took 15 minutes for the hot water, the coffee machine was broken, the coffee in the buffet was cold, the bowed shower curtain put water all over the floor and the breakfast was fair.
