USThe desk chair in that room is very dangerous. When I sat in it, I immediately fell backward onto the floor. The very same thing happened on my previous stay in a different room. It also appeared that the side lever to adjust the chair was broken in both cases. I would be concerned if an elderly or disabled person sat in chair it could result in serious injury. The chairs need to be fixed, replaced or moved out. Note: I did not say anything to management about it while I was there but it occurred to me that I should have when I got this survey.

When we arrived to the room, there was only one set of towels and the bathroom tissue was almost out and no spare. Had to go to the receptionist and collect. For breakfast we would have liked to have some salsa for the eggs.
