Disgusting. Filthy. Never seen such filth in a hotel. Had to change rooms 3 times because of lack of hot water, or electrical outlets were broken etc. smell of curry and urine on every floor. Breakfast was reheated from days before. Garbage every where. The entire experience was horrific.
I was horrified how filthy the bathroom fixtures, carpet, and how musty the room smelled! The area setup for breakfast was totally yuky!!! It did not represent online photos and ratings at all!!!

I can't take a shower because the shower was not working in room 308 so I feel like I should receive some of my money back for the stay
Need upgrade of the property and most important, having exhaust system in the bathroom. Property is outdated, need upgrades.
