My room had a broken air-conditioning unit and the hallway smelled of Marijuana. Kept a 100 dollar deposit without explanation of why they kept it. Will never stay there again.

I had a bad check in experience. I checked in and found the drainage of lavabo gets stuck There was no body to fix it. The guys at front desk gave me a device to drain by myself but i cannot do it. We stayed a night without lavabo.

Place is clean and convenient. Staff are friendly. Easy to reach staff when I had question. The only thing that bothered me was the alarm clock. It started to make noisy at 6:15 AM and waked me up unexpectedly. It continues to pipe after a while. I could not turn it off.

"This place needs renovation."

The staff is friendly and try to be helpful but the rooms are in bad shape, especially the mattresses, we changed several rooms because they are noisy, and in every rooms the mattresses were in bad condition. The air conditioner was or too cold or not cold enough and very noisy. We wanted to be close to our friends who live in the vicinity, otherwise we wouldn’t stay that long
