Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

The location is perfect because it is very near to the great mall. The people are friendly and the place is clean. The only thing that I noticed is that there are only a few options for the breakfast so i ended up eating brunch outside after checking out. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I had to change my room thrice. In the first room the telephone wasn’t working. I was unable to lock the main door properly in the second and third room. Finally I moved to the fourth room. I had travelled to this place after a 5 hour long flight, was tired and this is what I was doing for almost 1.5 hours after reaching the hotel. The elevator suddenly stopped working and I had to climb the stairs to the 4th floor along with my luggage.

Great location. Within walking distance to the mall and plenty of other shopping and dining options within minutes.

Old dirty carpets, old dirty fabric furniture,” hammocky” beds, clean bedding, quiet, kitchen is a major convenience! Big refrigerator is a plus, big TV with Netflix plus also. Convenient location, free parking .

No doubt the hotel is dated but is kept in nice condition and location is very good. is ok for couple of days.
