Algarve Casino Hotel

Do not hesitate to book - this is such an amazing hotel ! My boyfriend and I stayed here for just under a week and our expectations were succeeded by so much. The location is beyond amazing - literally on the beautiful beach with free concession loungers included and beautiful pool that looks out to the ocean also with free loungers. So a private pool and beach basically it was so nice! The staff made it - non stop smiles and always helping guests out they were so hard working. The breakfast off the charts - massive buffet with fresh and tasty foods - kept us going till dinner time 🤣 We haven’t stopped raving about this hotel since we came home, thank you Hotel Algarve Casino.

Lo mejor la ubicación, la terraza y la piscina

Las habitaciones se pueden corresponder con un hotel de 2 estrellas, huele a humedad , no hay enchufes cerca de cama , mobiliario viejo y en malas condiciones, muy poca luz en las habitaciones. No se corresponde con un 5 estrellas. Decepcionante.

It was ok for a short stay, but not for a proper vacation.

The beach next to the hotel was closed because of a festival (beach beds were supposed to be included in the hotel stay... and that was one of the reasons we booked. Only after the non-refundable period we were informed about the beach closure, with no other options) and we could not spend time there unless we had to pay for the beach beds in the part of the beach which was open.

la posizione e' ottima proprio in fronte alla spiaggia ed al centro del paese, il personale e' cordiale e gli ambienti puliti. ho molto apprezzato i teli mare gratuiti

sicuramente non e' un hotel a 5 stelle, gli ambienti anche se di ampia metratura devono essere rivisti e ammoderanti. la colazione e' gradevole anche se essendoci ospiti internazionali si basa piu' su alimenti salati che dolci ma c'e una bella varieta'. bocciata invece la cena, se pago per la mezza pensione quella deve essere. non esiste un buffet, in pratica viene dato un menu' dove scegliere tra due antipasti ( uno dei quali e' insalata ) e un 'altra scelta tra due secondi. qualora il piatto non sia gradito si puo' ordinare da una lista ma si deve pagare la differenza di prezzo. Non mi e' mai successo in un hotel a 5 stello di dover pagare per la cena, visto che ho fatto la mezza pensione. suggerisco vivamente di specificare all'atto della prenotazione che queste sono le regole..... in questo caso avrei confermato solo il pernottamento ,la colazione e basta. consiglio inoltre di rivedere gli ambienti, soprattutto la sala pranzo dove ho appoggiato la borsa sulla vecchia moquetta che era tutta bagnata essendoci una perdita dei condizionatori. avendo assorbito l'umido mi sono ritrovata con tutto il contenuto bagnato. non ho potuto farlo presente al personale in quanto me ne sono accorta dopo poco.
