Algarve Casino Hotel

The property is no way a 5 star hotel , we booked bed and breakfast never ate once in their , they have carpets in restaurant which is a no go as unhygienic. So We did not once eat a breakfast you can even check as we was in room 321

Old dates rooms very deceiving from outside looks amazing , the. You go into foyer stolll nice , then go to the rooms Like stepping back in time .

Our 4th visit here, the only hotel we have returned back to. I can't tell you how relaxing and health improving this 10 day break was. We paid for a sea view which is the best part for me, I fell asleep listening to the sea and woke up listening to the sea as I never shut the balcony door. The Hotel is spotless 5* clean towels and maid service every day. We booked bed breakfast which was great as we could go out exploring in the daytime. Breakfast there was plenty to choose from, not the normal bacon and sausage but you can order fresh omelette or fried eggs. The smoked salmon was delicious I had it every day with fresh eggs. Plenty of breads cheeses cooked meats cereal fresh fruit. I prefer to take my own coffee/tea and you can ask for a hot pot of water. We walked up to Continente supermarket in Portimão (30 minutes) and jumped an uber back so cheap, beautiful food there for snacks. salads and drinks. You can ask to empty your mini bar and fill with your items. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Fabulous lil cafe at the pool with really nice lunches (goes well with a jug of sangria). Great bar near reception sells all kinds of drinks and cocktails, just wonderful having a drink on the balcony here with an amazing view. 5 mins and you are on the beach, golden sands spotless apart from the beautiful shells you can collect. 5 mins there are cafes bars shops everything you need really. Crackin lil tapas bar called Tapas ó Destapas 10 mins down a lil side street you can find on google. If you come out of hotel turn right a wonderful ice cream bar Gelateria Sorbetto and a bit further up a wonderful pizza place La Bruschetta owned by Sicilians, gorgeous coffee too. We went on a boat trip to Silves booked online at getyourguide.com, what a fabulous day out really enjoyed it. Yes the hotel is a lil dated and could do with a refurb but I doubt I would be able to afford it then. No doubt we will be going back again when we need another refresh and recharge. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien situé et avec une vue incroyable sur la mer le personnel est vraiment top.

Un hôtel 5* avec un papier de toilette aussi mauvais je recommande vivement de le remplacer

It was a fabulous hotel, rooms bit dated but facilities, staff and location was absolutely amazing. Views from our balcony room was of beach, just stunning.
