Great location and clean rooms

Quieter location on the west side of the Harbour bridge. Surrounded by the historic Rocks and Walsh Bay piers housing an arts precinct and luxury condos. Beautiful walk to Barangaroo and unique Marrinawi sea pool. Wonderful outdoor patio overlooking the water. Excellent buffet breakfast. Outstanding customer service.

Great hotel, great location for a couple of nights in Sydney. Very much enjoyed our stay, convenient for cafes a restaurants in rocks area.

The Pier one is in a perfect location to see all the sights and must do things when visiting Sydney, located in a very historic part of the city and right next to all the arts and culture, amazing views, fantastic welcome, my wife and I had a wonderful stay

Comfortable bed and lovely room right under the harbour bridge. We had to wait for checkin but the reception gave us a drink as compensation

Very friendly, great room, bar and dining. Arrived early and was wonderful to use a gym shower and room to change! Checked our bags and started our day. Pier Bar was a perfect spot to relax and Pier Dining was a fantastic meal. Great location to wander, see the Harbour and grab a beer and bite to eat in the Rock area.

From Ratik's greeting at the front desk to Jasmine's help with glitches in a reservation, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our room was well-equipped and professionally serviced each day; the common areas in the hotel are well-set up and very pleasant to be in; the hotel is nicely located for a first stay in Sydney - access to much of the City is easy, and we liked the setting and neighborhood very much. We really enjoyed our stay there and would certainly return.
