"Big rooms - great location. "

Very nice location with big rooms. Only complaint is we asked for a room with a view (for extra money) expecting a view of the harbor bridge and got a room facing the other direction. Very close to the Rocks area, that is the fun area of Sidney

The staff were warm and welcoming . Room was very clean and comfortable. The view from the Juliet Balcony was stunning . Good value for money and close to many attractions. Would stay there again definitely

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely hideaway in the heart of Sydney. Beautiful view over the harbour, accommodation clean, staff very helpful and an easy stroll to The Rocks and Circular Key. Would definitely stay again

"Excellent choice for Sydney "

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here, especially the heritage wharehouse vibe, comfy rooms and great cocktails at the bar. Perfectly located near Sydney Theatre Co, the Rocks, Barangaroo and Sydney Harbour. It was great value and definitely worth a return visit.

Location close to iconic harbor bridge and Opera house. Walking distance to the circular cay to get a light rail, ferry, bus or other transportation. Near cruise terminal. The breakfast buffet was extremely good. The bath products were exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a very BIG disappointment , having booked a room with a balcony, to discover that the so called ‘balcony’ was 35 cm !!!!! Wide!! It was not even possible to turn around there . I would dare to say that the general opinion of a balcony would be that at least that a chair would fit onto it . Will definitely not stay there anymore. Cheers Lone
