"Excellent experience at the World Golf Village Renaissance in St. Augustine"

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience my husband and I had staying at the World Golf Village Renaissance in St. Augustine. From making our reservations with the front desk manager, Jay, to checking in with Brandon, every interaction was exceptional. Our room was spotless, and the view was absolutely amazing. The next morning, we enjoyed breakfast downstairs, where our server, Yarda, was phenomenal. She went above and beyond by letting us know that the chef could prepare a custom omelet, which I was not aware of. Her attentiveness and outstanding service made our breakfast even more enjoyable. We will definitely be spreading the word about this hotel and are already looking forward to returning next year. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.

Loved the facilities even though they were aging.

Hot tub had a health department sign on it. Check-in double charged me. Refused to rectify it told me to contact booking. Typical pattern of lack of accountability from this type of employee who checked me in.

I've stayed at this property many, many times over the years on business and am always happy with it. The rooms are large, the staff is wonderful especially the bartenders, and it's nice to have a restaurant on site given that there isn't much else in the immediate vicinity. It could use a bit of a refresh but still a great place to stay in the area if you aren't there for the beaches.
