Holiday Inn Express Albert Dock by IHG

Well it was nice and lovely staying in holiday inn the location amazing with too many beautiful views around tha hotel the staff been nice and kind breakfast omg was really fresh and testy l raccomand it to everyone

At checkin we were given the wrong room. Reception seemed a bit chaotic tbh. Staff rectified our room and gave us a free drink. So all ok in the end but not a smooth check in.

Nice clean basic hotel with excellent staff

It would have been a good hotel. But one of their staff members Natasha was rude to me. I was trying to retrieve my luggage out of storage and she was not very receptive. Not very helpful or friendly. It was pretty bad. But aside from that it was a great hotel in the right location.

Due to last minute changes to travel plans we arrived at 8am exhausted from a bus boat and train trip after a cancelled flight. John at the desk said he would check with house keeping as soon as they came in to see how early we could get in. He offered coffee while we waited. 15 minutes later we had our keys with early check in fee waived. Hotel is in a great location at the docks with great vies. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and great quality. Would definately stay again.

Heater with anoying sound all night long, as someone was pounding on pipes. Very basic hotel but charging as a 5 stars hotel.

Room was great , staff were too . felt the lounge bar area could have more comfortable seating

Lovely building , very convenient for all the amenities in the Albert dock

Great location, amazing view. So many choices for nearby restaurants, pubs etc. Within walking distance of Mathews St, the Cavern Club. Will stay here next visit to Liverpool.
