Holiday Inn Express Albert Dock by IHG

On arrival we were met by a friendly receptionist.The room had a view of the Albert Dock from a historic building, the room was spotless, very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

Great hotel, beautiful rooms. Fantastic area, convenient for museums, the arena, shops, restaurants and some breezy fresh air !!

We always book Holiday Inn as it is so clean & convenient for our needs. Not sure about check this time ? Although we got sorted eventually there was a distinct atmosphere of 'couldnt be bothered & none verbal acknowledgement plus the receptionist kept sniffing? The rest of our stay was excellent as was the breakfast the staff couldn't do enough.⭐ We are very pleased with our stay thanks to the rest of the staff. Comfy beds, clean room, although a bit mean with the coffee, tea, sugar, also quiet sleep. Lovely restaurant beside the hotel 'Whats cooking' great steak last night 👍very polite Manager.

Unique rooms with a great view but musky smelling and sheets questionable!

Perfect location, great price and everything you need.

Hotel is in an excellent location, was extremely clean and in very good decorative order. Staff were all friendly and efficient and the included buffet breakfast was extensive and regularly replenished.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The only downside the floors were very creaky and could be noisy.

The bedrooms were much too hot at night and along with the pillows being too hard made sleeping difficult.
