The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast Buffett was good and felt safe having my vehicle parked there. Great location and very quiet.

We were greeted by a really nice young man named Bill when we entered the hotel to check in. He was the front desk clerk. He was very friendly and personable. He insured we knew everything we needed about the hotel. The only complaint would be the ice maker was struggling, but it was a hot day. The room was clean and a good size. The breakfast attendant was very polite, the food was good quality and area was very clean. It is very conveniently located to one of our favorite restaurants The Blue Moose and a great music venue The Shed. We hope to make this our stay in Alcoa.

Excellent breakfast, very close to Knoxville airport. The pool looked nice and clean. We appreciated that staff accommodated us with a late check out.

Scheduling a shuttle to the airport was difficult. It seemed that it was almost designed to be difficult, which is not acceptable for an airport hotel. Close to some good restaurants and a brewery that looked like a lot of fun.

Wonderful staff and great location! Restaurants within walking distance and close to many nearby shops. Would definitely recommend and visit, again!

I've stayed here every 6 months for the past 4 years and always have an enjoyable stay. The only odd interaction was at 2am the morning of check-out. I was going to check out very early to be sure and catch my flight. When I checked out, the gentlemen seemed like I had just awakened him; Me: I'd like to check out early please. Clerk: Would you like a receipt? Me: Yes, please. Clerk: Well, you can't have one. Me: Then why did you ask me that? Clerk: I can't run the reports until 3am Me: I understand that, but why did you offer me e a receipt if I can't have one? Clerk: What? But, I uh. The system . . . Me (interrupting): That's okay, I'll just come back in an hour or so. I'd like to apologize. It was early in the morning and I was not fully awake. Please forgive my rudeness.

My family traveled for the 4th of July weekend. We stayed several nights. We were even able to check in early upon our arrival. Special thanks to Glen for allowing us to do that! Breakfast was very good each morning. The room was clean and the hotel was very quiet. We will definately stay here again!

Best Breakfast in town! I travel quite a bit for my job and this holiday has one of the best Breakfast buffets that I have had. Everything is fresh, hot and plentiful (healthy opted out)
