Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alcoa Knoxville Airport by IHG

An eventful attempt at getting home resulted in me needing a room for the night and a ride from the airport. The hotel staff and shuttle driver (Steve, I think) were super friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and in order, they gave me a coupon to the burger place next door, and made sure I was back to the airport the next day.

The room was clean and we were provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The hotel was quiet so we were able to get a good nights sleep. Staff as always were very nice.

Last minute, no reservation planned and the team was wonderful start to finish. Room was perfect & breakfast was hot with many choices. Thank you, I slept like a baby

Breakfast was amazing!

Our stay was very good. The hotel was clean. Hotel staff friendly. And the breakfast was tasty. The staff serving the breakfast kept the dining area clean and presentable. We would have stayed an extra day but had to leave unexpectedly.

I booked the room for my husband and daughter after their flight was delayed getting into Knoxville. We usually stay there when we visit my in-laws in the area so we know it is safe and clean- this trip was no exception and a huge relief after a 12+ hour long day of travel. The staff were great over the phone and in person. We appreciate this location!

We had an wonderful experience at this Holiday Inn Express location! Glen was very friendly and helpful. As members, Glen and Josh worked right away to get us a room after traveling from another State. Both employees were professional and informative. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We highly recommend this location!

We love this hotel! We’ve stayed here many times. We especially love the first rooms that give you back door access! Beds are comfortable, good free breakfast and always very clean.
