The location was just what we needed.

No secre parking. Our shower head leaked and water went everywhere in the bathroom. The tv kept turning itself off. No casting available for our stay. Our room service pizza had tomato sauce onto of the maybe 5 peices of pepperoni. Our breakfast crossiant was burnt.

Location close to hospital for my mum to come see me

The air conditioning didn’t work, a portable was put in the room but extremely noisy so we couldn’t use it, the fridge didn’t work and the room service menu we ordered and paid didn’t receive our meal after an hour so my mum went down to the front desk to see what was happening. They never received the order. The meal arrived 1/2 hr later and it was awful no cutlery supplied either so we took it back and asked for our money back. Very disappointed.
