המלון צריך עיצוב מחודש מודרני חידוש אבל סהכ נהננו מאד מהשהות שלנו במלון הצוות מסור, ונעים החדר נקי ונעים

החדר היה מטונף , הטלויזיה לא עבדה , חלוק ומגבת היו על הריצפה ולא הוחלפו, היינו צריכים לבקש קפה ותה כי לא שמו בחדר , לא הית פעילות כל שהיא מטעם המלון , בשעה 21:00 עלתה זמרת ששרה לעצמה , הצטרכנו לחכות מהשעה 18:30 עד 21:00 כדי לשמוע את הזמרת

מלון לוקה בחסר עם דברים בסיסיים שיש בכל מלון ממוצע בים המלח כמו עמדות שתיה או חניה. נראה מיושן ולא מתוחזק. צוות דובר ערבית שמעיר הערות גזעניות בערבית מול אורחים ישראלים. מביך מאוד

the don"t check guests for covid 19. you can"t be sure that people around were vaccinated . the food was cooked 2-3 days before. the desert was bad also was prepared 2-3 days before. the room look like 3 star only the restroom was not clean & you can feel that the previuos guest smoked all the time. we called 2 times the room service nobody came. just try other hotels. i try to meet the manager he did not want to meet me.

The service is excellent. The hotel has a Beach near by. There is a rich meals.

On thé beach and easy access anytime you wanted

All the drinks are paid for, even if you get included meals you have to pay outside the eating room for any beverage except water. Meals are already quite expensive cold drinks should be included while outside in hot weather and in eating area
