The entry of the hotel made well, but rooms is dirty and definitely needs updates specially air condition. Need clean mold around the tub. Not enough parking space. The gym equipment is very old small and dirty.

The price that I booked includes fees and taxes, but I was required to pay taxes again to the property! (double taxes) Also, The place is old and dirty! And needs restoration!

This place was probably beautiful when it opened but seems to be neglected. The owners obviously don’t invest in upkeep. The pool area looked like a three star motel, cheap chairs, broken sunshades, etc. Paint cracking and peeling in hallways. Rooms were decent but the AC couldn’t keep up with the heat and slept sweating. But - seems like the state of most the hotels in the area according to reviews. Spa looked chaotic, crowded and dirty so we didn’t use. Breakfast was good. Bartenders were friendly. Check in took 30 mins. Parking is chaotic. Glad we stopped at Synergy Spa on drive down which was a nicer experience.

Thisw place is a gem, the ammenities, the comfort of the beach behind, theindoor pool, the outdoor pools, the diner, everyhting about it was amazing, I am definitely coming back.
