I love the hotel

Difficult to catch Uber ride driver to find the exact location of the hotel. The default location of Uber does not tally with the exact location of the hotel. This can be improved.

I liked how the era and design are familiar to me and jeepers the high speed gig was sensational. Don't know why your WiFi dropped.

We visited on the evenings of 4/12/26 and 4/16/26. We chose Embassy Suites because they are always reliable, clean and comfortable. This particular one met our expectations, except for a few things. The virtual key was a disaster, requiring us to return to the front desk for a real key which took way longer than it should have. When we called the front desk for help from the phone outside our room, we thought they would send someone to help us, but they did not. We had to return to the desk from the 6th floor, and it was very late at night and we were very tired, not in the mood for this delay. The shower floor in both rooms was treacherous. There's a little grittiness to the floor of the shower/tub but not enough to make us feel safe. In fact, I skipped the shower on the second visit because the first one was so scary. Room 208 had the hot & cold water reversed in the bathroom, which could be quite a hazard. Luckily we figured it out. We enjoyed our breakfast, sitting down around 9:00 am on each stay. However, the maintenance staff were working away, dragging trashcans through the dining area, repairing the door of a conference room with loud tools, bringing large carts full of supplies through the dining area, etc. Did it affect the quality of the food? No, but it did not seem like good hotel hospitality. You might consider having the maintenance people start their work in that area after the breakfast period has ended, or you could instruct them to work elsewhere in the building during that time period. It was disruptive and unprofessional and not what we expected at an Embassy Suites by Hilton. However, these were minor annoyances, which we mention so that you can look into them and correct them. We will still choose Embassy Suites when we travel

Helpful staff, a super-quiet room for a great night's sleep & the made-to-order omelets at at the free breakfast were wonderful!

The room

Kids loud all throughout the day and night. Pool area was nasty no one cleaned from the day before. The cook never changed his gloves after dragging a trash can and placing a bag in then he went straight to the grill to make people eggs. Smh. I called the front desk to ask if any dallies was avail she said I don’t know they are in the closet in front of me and I can’t move. I had to carry 6 bags alone to the lobby. Got to the lobby she was bent on the desk on her cell phone. I spent over 500 dollars for my stay and it wasn’t worth it I will not go again
