The breakfast was impressive. For a free meal, there were so many options and the chef was making personal orders rather than just a buffet.

There were little kids in the fitness area messing around with everything while I was trying to work out. I did not mind them, but worried that they would hurt themselves bc they did not know how to use the equipment.

"disappointment"

we had bad experience with the hotel. they didn't treat us with empathy when we had a reservation problem with booking. brant was exceptional to the reception management. the suite was not clean and had many maintenance issues like yellow water, dripping facet, no hot water for shower. the accessible room was well equipped , but there was only one night table and one night lamp beside the bed which was a problem for the guest with disability

I’ve stayed here for the proximity to UD. The bathroom had extensive mildew in the tub, bed wasn’t very comfortable, and there appear to be families living in this hotel.

The front desk person was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. We had a problem with our room and the front desk person was sympathetic and accommodating. The manager's reception was outstanding. Everyone was pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional - best complimentary hotel breakfast we ever experienced. Shout out to the omelet chef - great guy! The breakfast area was very clean and the wait staff was great. Absolutely no complaints. Check-out was quick and friendly. Overall, a good experience and we will definitely return.

The room we had when we checked in was really bad - very run down. There was a large, old water stain on the ceiling in the living room area (it was extensive and the paint was peeling) we were concerned about mold and allergies. The living room furniture was chipped and looked old. The bathroom sink had a long crack in it. To top it off we could hear loud intimate sounds coming from the room next door no matter where we were in the room. We took a chance and asked the front desk if there was anything that could be done and the Front Desk person went out of their way to find a different, much more pleasant room on the opposite side of the hotel. After that - everything was perfect.
