I love that they have an evening reception and breakfast is included. I also like the fact they have a restaurant on the premises so you don't have to leave the building.

They only seemed to have 1 plunger and we had to wait for it. Low water pressure toilets are not cost effective. Some of the items in the bathroom could be upgraded but otherwise, not bad.

"I’ve been here multiple times and this has been the worst experience"

Convenient location. Quick check in

The staff member were a little agitated it seemed. She had an attitude when I asked questions. Booking says the security fee was one price but was given a different price when I arrived with no explanation. The pool room has tons of ants around the chairs crawling on anyone that sat down.

Great stay

Only reason we choose this particular hotel was for the hot tub. The hot tub was closed down for guest use. We were all disappointed.
