The view from room

Elevators were scary

Location to local and Cincinnati attractions and restaurants. Loved the balcony and fresh outside air. Fast elevators! EZ check-in and checkout. Offered room service for breakfast!

Carpeting in rooms and hotel are old, dated…definitely needs to be replaced and updated.

No electricity from 9am till we left. There was a storm. All of the electric was out for who knows how long. No air, no elevators working. Had to walk down 11 floors. No communication with any personel. Un safe

Back uplights on the stairway. We could have fallen I am 72 ,had a total knee replaced 2 months ago.

The location was great. The room was neat and clean and the view was excellent from the balcony. The TV had many channels and worked.

The coffee pot in our room didn't have a tray to put the coffee pad in. There was a faint smell of mildew. There was no continental breakfast.

Everything... rude staff, expensive considering the dirty room, small pool, trash in the parking lot, etc

Balcony was sweet and liked the colors on the building

Proximity to down town and the view

Pool was closed, restaurant was closed, room and building were very dingy and kind of dirty.
